Shout out to Davis! New years Adam- when I came in here, I looked for shoes that increased my height. Davis (tall fellow) guided me to some air max 270 and they’re perfect for everyday walking and activities, at first I was surprised by the shoes price tag and he told me if I was worried then go to sportschek to see if they have a better deal. That showed Davis cared about the customers satisfaction more than the sale he made. The lighting is good and the Holliday spirit super charged the employees attitude to the max so that’s awesome! Lighting is good and everything is neat! Happy new years Davis and the rest of your associates!

Average collection. No discounts whatsoever. I am a tall person and they don't have any shoes in-store over size 13 for men.

I would like to give special credit to employee Darwin at this store. I told him that this is my first Nike shoe purchase, IDK what to buy. I asked him to help me. He tried to understand what I was looking for, within my budget. When I was about to finalize a shoe, he recommended me a better shoe (comfort-wise plus budget-wise) that made me extremely delighted. It’s not just about business always but it’s about customer delight and he definitely stood by good values. Thank you Darwin for patiently guiding me with the best possible recommendation. :)

Great experience. Talked with the staff looking for a track suit. Helped me get a great fit and colour. Found some socks on sale. Worst part is it was busy and a line up outside, I went early.

My daughter was hurt and needed a place to sit down but staff didn't allow to sit at the empty display shelves when they could easily allow weight of a small child without disturbing the decor or anything

Visited the store today to purchase a pair of Panda Dunks and to my surprise received amazing customer service. Ive visited this location plenty of times but today I would want to give a shout out to Avlon who was so helpful and went out of her way to meet our requirements. She knows how to communicate the policy of the store to the customers and provide the right information. Amazing Service at the store for the first time. Im definitely visiting again and asking for her assistance. This 5 star is 💯 for her Customer service skills.
